About The Course:
A unique program that helps women at the mid-managerial level build job-specific skills and overcome biases in the workplace in order to get back into the workforce or advance their careers.

- Helping you enhance your communication skills so that you can share ideas, explore effective solutions, ask for help or give feedback in a positive capacity.

- You get to be mentored by one of the top industry experts (with experience ranging from 12-30 years) on a one-on-one basis

- Choose from a curated list of chosen mentors; you can go through their professional profiles and pick the mentor who best resonates with your requirements
- It is a 1 month-engagement program with 4 one-on-one sessions
- Each week, you will get one valuable session of 60 minutes
- Get custom mentorship based on your career and life stage
