Jayshree

Jayshree is a Behavioral Coach, a Learning Facilitator and a HR Consultant. She is passionate to work with people individually and in groups to help them achieve clarity, build skills, be result focused, accountable and maximize their personal and professional potential. She blends coaching and learning interventions while working at individual and group levels to bring about enduring positive changes.

Following her mantra “to learn and facilitate other’s learning”, she took a leap of faith in the fall of 2013 and moved out of a full time corporate career to work independently in the space of People development.

As a Coach, she focuses on building self-awareness, communicating with gravitas, organizing self, managing self and building emotional intelligence, goal setting, managing stress, building assertiveness, Performance enhancement, career exploration, relationship management / Managing Stakeholders, changing the unconstructive behavioral patterns and converting the self-limiting beliefs to self-liberating beliefs.

As a Learning Facilitator, she works with both students and corporate professionals. She runs Life Skills workshop for students covering the 10 life skills by WHO. For corporates she runs workshops on Self Leadership, campus to corporate, Executive Presence, Stress and conflict management, Team Alignment, Diversity and Inclusion, Emotional Intelligence, Grooming new leaders, The BUG (Build Your Gravitas) Factor, Communication and Presentation Skills, Manager as a Coach, Problem Solving and Creative Thinking.

She has facilitated programs for Bain and Co., The Taplow Group, Kusuma Foundation, Smart Power India, IIT Jodhpur, Rolls & Royce, EY, SAP, Titan to name a few.  She has 14 years of experience in driving various HR initiatives, policies and programs in Talent Management with the emphasis in building the organization capability. Her previous assignments as a HR professional included Google, Future Group, Yum! (KFC Brand) and Bain & Company.
