She is a seasoned HR and L&OD professional with about 22 years of excellent track record in Consulting, Leadership Development, Organization Capability, Culture Transformation, Talent Engagement, Performance Management and Talent Management practices.

Her passion for skill development projects helped bring in transformational changes across multiple organizations she served. She created web-based content for Sikkim Manipal University that benefitted over 2 Lakh students across the country, was the business case study champion for Manipal University contributing to top 15 HRM business cases. She was the Adjunct professor for Manipal University and Sikkim Manipal University for PG students and working professionals. She is the Faculty, PG Diploma Academic Committee member for Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) for their flagship L&D PG Diploma program for working professionals and for other leading institutions.

She is the talent engagement champion facilitating people centric & learner centric programs with cross-cultural interactions and received recognitions for her work.

She is a certified Psychometric Assessor, Certified Dale Carnegie and MEPSC Trainer, Consultant, Mentor, Enabler, NLP Practitioner having trained more than 10000 working professionals and students. She is a practicing Coach (Career Development, Wellness, Productivity, Life coaching).
