Hello Ladies...This is Adv. Aishwarya Sandeep from Mumbai. I have my own consultancy firm Second Innings, wherein we provide Legal, content and Human resource Solutions for various companies.
I was a full fleged practising advocate before marriage. Within 1 year of starting my own practice I got married and within year and a half of marriage I was blessed with a Son. During this time, like many women even I got confused about my priority Family or Career ? For me the mid way out of this problem was to start up on my own and that is how Second Innings Consultancy was born. I also started my own Blogs and recently my Vlog. I believe we just get one lifetime and it is upon us to maximise this one lifetime.
