Primarily involved in program management, goal management, and chalking strategic initiatives to help organizations plunge on the growth path. Seamlessly handled financial planning and closure of financial books, evaluation of CAPEX proposals, monitoring, and review of controls, handling audits, and managing treasury functions. Expert in quality management and handling TQM tools. Implemented ISMS, and helped organizations achieve certification to ISO 9001 framework.

I took a sabbatical to explore my hobbies and look at life from a different angle. Tried my hands on content writing, training & development as well as trekking and raising kids.

This phase broadened my exposure and changed my perspective on life. I have now evolved as a people leader with a growth mindset from being a performance leader.

Returned to the corporate sector to explore new avenues and tap my strengths to scale heights as a 'Facilitator, Enabler, and Influencer' driving strategic and customer operations at Milestone.
