She has over 25 years of experience leading learning anddevelopment engagements for global clients. She is passionate about learning, edtech, and talent development.Prior to Thoughtworks, she led one of the largest MOOC projects for the ministry of HRD, Govt of India. She also co-founded and successfully ran an award-winning learning consulting business for over a decade and developed a SaaS learning technology product that delivered examinations online way back in 2011.
