What is your EXPERIENCE of working with Target?

Target SUPPORTS WOMEN team members to a large extent. Our leaders ensure we DON’T work LATE hours in office. On rare occasions when we do, women team members are ALWAYS ACCOMPANIED by a security escort while returning home. The transport team also TRACKS our travel time and CONFIRMS with us once we reach home. My FAMILY really APPRECIATES this effort. The DAYCARE support provided is also very helpful. We can claim up to 50% reimbursement of the day care fee and this is a HUGE monetary SUPPORT.
