Through the Website, JFH seeks to facilitate an interactive platform connecting, through the intermediating services of JFH (“Services”), those women who are seeking new employment opportunities (“Candidates”) with persons and entities who are looking to hire, retain or otherwise engage any one or more Candidates from time to time (“Employers”).

The terms ‘JFH’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to the owners of this Website. The terms ‘you’ or ‘user’, and all its grammatical variations, refer to the user or viewer of our Website.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) reflects JFH’s commitment towards protecting the privacy and personal information provided by users of the Website and sets out the nature and type of information JFH collects from users for the purpose of the Services, the usage and disclosure of such information, and the safety and security measures adopted by JFH to safeguard the information.

  • contact details;
  • current location;
  • location preference;
  • industry preference;
  • expertise preference;
  • job type preference;
  • educational qualifications and details;
  • professional qualifications;
  • specific skill sets;
  • current employer (if any);
  • current designation (if any); and
  • desired remuneration.

If you are registered on the Website as an Employer and wish to avail the Services, as part of your profile on the Website, you may be required to provide, inter alia, the following information:

  • name of organisation;
  • organisation’s contact details;
  • location;
  • contact person’s details;
  • team size;
  • industry;
  • services and expertise;
  • company vision;
  • company values; and
  • women specific policies and facilities.

You understand that the username for your account may be listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results.

In addition, we may collect demographic information such as information about your computer, hardware, software, platform, media, Internet Protocol (IP) address and connection, information about online activity such as feature usage and click paths, and other data that you may provide in surveys or while completing your account profiles. We may combine demographic information with Personal Information to tailor our offerings or web pages to your preferences or interests.

3. Sensitive Personal Information

Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) means such personal information which consists of information relating to your password; physical, physiological and mental health condition; medical records and history; biometric information, sexual orientation and financial information (such as bank account details or credit card numbers).

Except for your account password and any SPI that you choose to provide as part of your profile, JFH does not collect any SPI in the course of providing the Services. Further, with respect to any SPI that you may share in the course of updating your profile, you have the right to determine the levels of access to such information, by adjusting the privacy settings of your account with the Website.

In this regard, if you choose to maintain a private profile on the Website, any SPI that you share will be collected only by JFH and may be used to collate statistics or provide Services that you request, but will not be shared with other users of the Website without your consent or unless otherwise required by law. If you choose to maintain a public profile, any SPI you share on your profile or on any public forum, feed or journal, may also be accessed by any visitors to the Website.

4. Personal Information

Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify you and that is not otherwise publicly available, including, but not limited to, your first and last name, age, place of residence and an email address, phone number or other contact information, photograph, as well as any information related to your profession or academic qualifications.

You acknowledge and agree that generic, non-personally identifiable information may continue to be stored and/or displayed by JFH as a part of any surveys or research or tabulations compiled on the Website.
