I am a seasoned marketing and content professional with over 22 years of experience with MNCs and best-of-breed media and marketing organizations. I have over twelve years of experience in content and ... marketing strategy, marketing operations, MarTech solutions, sales planning and operations, people management, process formulation, and optimizing business rhythm & delivery.

Areas of expertise include integrated digital-first communications, content strategy and development, delivery and operations management, and marketing & sales coordination. My strength lies in my ability to connect strategic direction and planning with strong implementation initiatives.

I am also a member of the core working group of Belakoo Trust, a Not-for-Profit organization focused on the education and skilling of children and adults from underprivileged backgrounds. Here, I help drive learning workshops and also lead communication and outreach programs for the Trust.

As a mother of a teenager and also a caregiver to aged parents, I know from experience that the career path for many women is very chequered and often, challenging as we don multiple hats. I have had to take a step back from my career on multiple occasions due to personal priorities, and bouncing back can be hard. However, it is possible to do so with hard work, focus, and some help!

I believe that women need more platforms and support groups that enable, encourage, and empower them through various stages of their personal and professional growth journeys. I hope to share my learnings and experiences with other women who may benefit from it, and continue my own journey of learning through their stories and insights on this platform.
