In my previous organization, I turned around an under-perfo ... rming project to success by delegating a team of 37 members attaining a 13% increase in productivity.
Being a leader with high emotional quotient and aligning the KRAs with organization's culture & goals, I took special efforts to identify the roadblocks and eliminated them to enhance the team collaboration resulting in increased productivity and reduced cost by 20%. Not only this, I was also responsible for making multiple hires & conducting countless coaching & mentoring sessions for cross functional teams.
While confident in my skills across multiple HR practice areas, the driving force is my desire to elevate the performance and job satisfaction of our most valuable asset the human capital. I am an assiduous person who loves to take new challenges and find it energizing to work in a team environment by collaborating & encouraging the workforce.
That's why I decided to pursue a career in HR & I believe my burgeoning interest, skill-set & my previous industry experience makes me a perfect fit for HR roles and change management roles. Not only will I bring the foundational knowledge of strategic human resource management, employee engagement, performance management system, employee branding, Talent acquisition & development, but I also have the required skill set to execute these in various organizations, with a goal to uplift and sustain people and culture.
