•Work with fellow D&I Program Managers to support our growing ‘Power of Difference Communities (PODs)’ a.k.a. ERGs on a global scale including developing processes, policies, toolkits, and best practices.
•Directly support regional PODs as a strategic advisor, coach and program manager.
•Manage external partnerships in conjunction with PODs leaders to maximize ROI.
•Create learning materials, tools and programs to drive inclusive behaviours as a leader and manager capability in partnership with Global People Development Team. Partner with D&I and broader HR to test within the business
•Develop strategic, creative, and programmatic communications. Deliver program updates and presentations including presenting the VMinclusion strategy to a wide range of internal audiences and serving as an external ambassador.
For VMinclusion across the world, there are 3 broad goals – Culture (Inclusion), Representation (Diversity) and Thought Leadership. All initiatives align with one or more of these goals.
