Hi , This is Bhakti Rana. I call myself a seasoned HR professional who strongly believes that an organization can't grow/succeed without taking people along. I carry 20 years of experience working for ... versatile industries & roles. I spent a decade working for a financial service organization wherein I could set up teams for various entities. I stepped out to work for a startup as a choice and not a chance which has actually helped me grow 360 degrees. My work areas in HR have been organization strategy, Business Review, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Development. I am decent on the operation side of HR & have implemented HRMS for a couple of my client/employers. While I don't have any cross county experience but I strongly believe people are people across countries and hence as a quick learner adapting methodology, processes and policies of different countries can be learned in no time
