Currently working as a Sr. Director - Enterprise Risk Management supporting ~50,000 FTEs in 27 sites across 13 countries. I am also driving awareness and providing training to build risk culture in the organization. Prior to this, I was working with MetLife as Director - Risk, Data Privacy, Business continuity and Internal Assurance. I was responsible for building and strengthening various capabilities for the organization including Governance and internal assurance. I worked with all lines of businesses and support functions to effectively manage performance, key strategic initiatives and facilitate change management for successful outcome based execution. I enabled the functions and operations to identify, evaluate, prioritize and mitigate risk including enterprise risk, operational risk, data privacy and business continuity. I also lead the Women Empowerment ('WE') Forum with an underlying theme and strong fundamental of “ ability over entitlement.
I am CRiSP certified (Certified Risk Implementation Professional) from BSI which enables me with knowledge and skills essential to build, operate and improve risk management framework.
I have successfully performed in multiple areas resulting in top ratings in 'Session C' Tool for performance management at GE and MetLife.
