I worked as a operation manager for Xenex Tech. XenexTech is a digital marketing agency and my job as a operation manager was to coordinate with respective Project Manager. and ensure the smooth... workflow within the organization. Since, it was a startup I was also involved in pitch deck creation, visiting possible clients and ensuring every billing gets tracked by finance person. All in all for me, it was like wearing multiple hats.
