• Integrate, test and implement new HRMS application modules, upgrades and features
• Monitors compliance with HR systems and programs as prescribed by Lowe’s business needs and internal partners
• Creates, develops and delivers training to users via HCMS system, online technical documentation, and job aids
• Partner with Offshore /On shore team and support managers on projects and on-demand request
• Provide end-user support; troubleshoot issues via research, testing, recreation of scenarios and document finding
