Key Responsibilities· Work closely with DBAs to gather information and create accurate and user-friendly documentation· Use clear, concise language to explain technical concepts and procedures· Make complex information accessible and usable to DBAs and other teams· Create and maintain database documentation for DMS teams, such as playbook, reference docs and users/admin guides including sample code, Diagram, Flowcharts etc· Analyze and document how systems, processes, procedures currently function and make updates to align with future development· Complete needs, impact and gap analysis on operational processes and procedures· Create illustrations for technical and process documentation using illustration tools such as Visio· Define a strategy for information gathering and planning for every new document or database update· Ensure documentation is stored centrally in Sharepoint and maintain the DMS Knowledge library.Mandatory Skills· 2+ years of technical writing/ process docum...  See More
