Job Description

  • Utilize advanced research techniques and sourcing tools to target candidate profiles
  • Research, gather, & document information related to each candidate- resume, current employer, experience, skills etc.
  • Conduct market analysis & competitive research to provide the business with a strong understanding of the talent market & how to expand networks
  • Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify and hire highly technical talent
  • Advocate for the candidate and create an excellent experience & evaluating candidate skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging any candidate relationship management (CRM) tool
  • Stakeholder management, Scheduling , Experience in using multiple search tools/platforms (Naukri/Linked iN), Negotiation
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Full time Graduation / Post -graduation qualification
  • Passing out from premium PG Institute is preferred (full time)
  • 2+ years of experience in HR talent sourcing/ talent management/ payroll / benefits & compliance/ associate relation/communicat
