Job Description

• Lead Analyst MST & Collateral reporting is responsible for reporting across Merchandise Service Team & Collateral.• Publish Reporting & Dashboard to Field Team and the SSC Leadership Team on the quality of execution & key KPIs.• The primary purpose of this role is development and maintenance of Field Dashboards & work on descriptive analytics and provide insights to the leadership & MST org.• Work with SSCB & SSCM team to ensure Daily, weekly & monthly reporting for stores & leadership team for KPIs across stores (Payroll, Labour Hours)• Responsible for workflow refreshs the Knime, Prostgres and SQL and sound knowledge of technical skills to help with efficiencies.• Build global partnerships through regular interactions with local / global stakeholders for seamless execution.• Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals by owning & implementing best practices.• Own reporting for respective area and streamline data pulls to be utili...  See More
