Identify up-sell opportunities and articulates the value of combined Cisco services and technology solution proposal.· Participate in Statement of Work scoping, review, and creation.· Participate in initial implementation and/or onboarding kick-off meetings.· Conceptualize and deliver Customer Requirements Document, Implementation Plan and High Level Design Document· Support solution implementation and strategy plans.· Technical leader of cross-functional teams across technical, operational, enterprise and service provider architecture domains· Best practices, success stories and IP Collection curation and sharing· Associate with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the optimization /strategy/deployment of Cisco services and solutions.· Acts as a focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Our success is validated through extraordinary financial results, increasing customer satisfaction metrics, industry recognition, and employee satisfaction scores.Who You Are· Typically requires BE/B.Tech/BSC Computer Science or equivalent 8+ plus years of work experience. · DevNet Associate or equivalent understanding level of network and software automation/orchestration, microservices, containers, cloud, databases, open source etc· Good knowledge around topics of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Agile, DevOps, SecOps, software validation/QA etc · Deep knowledge of at least one Customer Vertical / IT industry· Ability to express complex ideas graphically and write them clearly.· Ability to partner with client from business perspective and address challenges in consultative manner. Focus on providing client value and demonstrating ROI while resolving customer business problems.· Mentorship skills for junior team members.Expertise · Experience with Python, Jenkins, Groovy, CI-CD, Dockers, K8s, Build tools, Helm, EKS· Unix/Linux Systems Administration Skills· Experience on Cloud (AWS/Azure)· Good at Problem Solving, Coding Skills· Intermediate at Prometheus, Ansible, Terraform· Intermediate knowledge on Database (SQL)· Intermediate knowledge on Network Stack, Nginx, Grafana/ELK· Exposure to Cloud Native technologies· Exposure to Observability (Application Performance Monitoring)Leadership / Autonomy · Technical leadership in multi-disciplinary project and program teams as per complexity.· Receives limited supervision. Resolves methods and procedures on new assignments. Provides guidance and mentoring to other engineers. Translates worldwide team goals into own work assignments.· Mentor / develop others. Involved in strategic projects with high visibility.
