Job Description
You will design and implement highly scalable and highly available applications with world class user experience for Verizon Consumer Group. You will design next gen applications using open source and emerging technologies which is cloud enabled and based on North Star Consumer Reference Architecture.Define and own Solution Architecture inline with North star architecture, functional ownership from definition phase to go-live phase.
Define reusable components/frameworks, common schemas, standards to be used & tools to be used.
Lead the Architecture and discussions for end-to-end experiences and enhancements across all customer touch points and channels in partnership with the product/application development teams. Projects will include new product/feature launches, enhancements, experience redesign and tech stack migration.
Understand the business needs and make critical design decisions and implement the same with other team members.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:A degree.
Design and Coding experience in React JS, Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive and Microservices.
Experience with large scale transformation initiatives primarily on Systems of Engagement / Customer Interaction Channels.
Hands-on experience with Cloud, Containerization, DevOps, Agile, Application Security, Automation Tools.
Experience dealing with technology transformation, performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
Ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners and technology teams.
Analytical skills and willingness to dive deep, experiment rapidly and get things done.
