As a Lead architect for Print Solutions catering to all customer segments of Enterprise, SMB and Consumer you will be Designing, building highly scalable and secure solutions which will be deployed in different customer environments (On-Prem, Cloud & Hybrid environment) backed by predictive analytics that powers our enterprise business. These products will connect with thousands of Printers to manage those printers and collect data.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and Design highly scalable hybrid products using Web Technologies, AWS technologies or similar technologies.
• Build Platforms & Components that can be deployed across customer environments.
• Exceptional at understanding and designing Microservices and Micro Front Ends.
• Be hands-on. Explore new design ideas, Create Prototypes, and influence the technical team.
• Engage with Product management and Technical Marketing to understand the product requirements and create technical specs.
• Produce high-level and low-level designs which include component diagrams, sequence diagrams, technology choices, API specs, Database schemas.
• Do periodic code reviews with scrum teams and make sure that the right product is being built.
• Be the pioneer at exploring new Design patterns and introduce the team to different design practices. Be the technical guru and mentor to the development scrum teams.
• Do regular Security reviews and Design reviews of the peer.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Building Scalable, Performant Cloud-native applications.
• Hands on Full stack (UI, Microservices, Webservices, API, Database, Caching)
• Exposure to Distributed Systems, Event driven architecture, Application Observability, Distributed tracing, Modern messaging and caching systems.
• Practitioner of Cloud security, Privacy, and Compliance
• Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science or related fields.
• Ability to build Solutions from ground up for Public Cloud, Multi Cloud, Hybrid and On-prem environments.
• Exposure to migrating legacy applications to latest tech stack.
• Exposure to DevOps pipeline and production delivery
• Hands on in coding. Exposure to AI tools in coding and design
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
• Strong programming skills, data structures, parallel computing, and object-oriented design.
• Must be able to contribute to design and code reviews and help developers in troubleshooting/problem-solving.
• Knowledge of application performance and resource consumption optimization.
