Key Responsibilities -
- Outbound calling on leads generated by the Company through marketing efforts to pitch home loan products & ensure its closure
- Ensure follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, requirement, sources, etc.
- Ensure capturing complete prospect details in the system as per predefined format
- Clearly and effectively communicating & counselling prospects with respect to products information or queries
- Evaluating basic creditworthiness & eligibility of a customer based on profile, basic documents & monthly income
- Direct prospects to the branch sales team when needed & follow up with them
- Ensure quick loan sanction & adherence to predefined TAT
- Gathering feedbacks for consumer insights
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Must have Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (verbal) in English along with either 1 of the following languages: Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
- Personal Attributes: Good interpersonal skills, self- motivated, persuasive, energetic, persistence, ambitious, keen learner, ability to perform under pressure, soft spoken, polite & a good listener
- Languages Known (mandatory): English & either 1 of Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
- Education: Graduate (with a good academic track record)
- Experience: 1 year & above in presales/tele-calling department.
Desirable competencies -
- 1-3 years of experience in working in presales/tele-calling department for any loan product in a financial institute like Bank/NBFC/Housing Finance Company.
