DBSI (Diageo Business Services India) is a multi-functional, multicultural, multi-language Shared Service Centre that handles back office Finance Transactions for DIAGEO-worldwide businesses. As such DBSI is playing a key role in ensuring effective operation with minimum disruption to business in the Order to Cash Work Stream
This position will work closely with in Market Company representatives of different levels and departments as well as relevant third parties.

The role requires to understand the complexities that come with such diverse network of customers and to be able to handle requests successfully from each of the customer segments.Leadership Responsibilities:Position works in the OTC team and teamwork is essential.Purpose of Role:Handle requests related to Order to Cash processes. This could be liaising with other Teams within the organization for handling Customer disputes, generating reports/MIS and managing Customer Spend approval process.TOP Accountabilities
- Managing and processing of Regional Customers, Distributor and Promoters claims
- Ensuring correct accounting related to distribution expenses
- Conducting budget v/s. actual claims analysis on monthly & yearly basis till date and highlighting constraints
- Coordinating with Regional & Zonal Business Manager on their Customer & distributor claims related issues
- Working on account reconciliation with all region Customer & distributors
- Generating and circulating MIS as per the timelines and schedules for the regions and management
- Accuracy and Control - Review of monthly provision to capture market commitment of all the LASP activities
- Knowledge of various types of schemes in different types of markets
- End to end knowledge of scheme mechanism – Scheme proposal to actual settlement
- Understanding of RTM (Route to Market) at state or market level
- Knowledge of Scheme dues vis a vis Customer dues/outstanding
- Knowledge or Alcobev Industry is a prerequisite
QualificationsUniversity graduate, B. Com, BBA, BBMExperience
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a F&A BPO or any other industry in Finance & Accounting field
- Understanding of end-to-end OTC process cycle (esp. Debt Collection & Customer Dispute Management)
- Very good Analytical skills
- Good understanding of CRM systems & workflow tools
- Good Accounting Knowledge
- Experience in Customer account reconciliation
- Good MS Excel/ Power point skills
- Conversant with Order to Cash SAP application.
Barriers to Success in Role (Optional): Inability to:
- Lack of OTC process knowledge.
- Lack of experience in Customer Account reconciliation.
- Adapt readily to change, multitask and work in a team.
- Communicate, create amazing relationship and network with all the relevant stakeholders in market.
