– Assists the Sales Manager and Branch Manager in sales forecasting and manpower budgeting for the area
– Applies systematic sales management practices with processes and tools provided by the KG People:
– Sets targets for his/her sales team and executes the above action plans through them
– Leads, monitors, supports and motivates the sales team
– Conducts regular meetings with each account person and the team to review action implementation, target achievement and planning
