The candidate would primarily be working with Outbound Dialers/Communicator in AEP with Microservices integration. This is one of the critical revenue streams for Verizon, and being a high volume application, performance & scalability in this case is of paramount importance.Responsibilities:Deliver across the entire app life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release and support.
Participate in application requirements for applications that the candidate would be working on (in the form of approach reviews/project discussions with Business/Project stakeholders).
Act independently, at the same time display excellent collaboration within and between various teams.
Be accountable for the work allotted and stick to LOE provided. Track and develop tasks on time with no compromise to quality and keeping productivity of the team.
Follow Impact analysis and risk analysis processes in case of change requests.
Requirement gathering and test design.
Test execution using CYARA to cover all the functional/non-functional requirements for the projects.
Defects Tracking.
Regression Validation.
Build Subject Matter Expertise on IVR applications.
Understand IVR Architecture and Environment stability.
Support team in terms of knowledge sharing and test execution.
You will need to have:Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Four or more years of experience in IVR Testing.
Three or more years of experience using CYARA Automation testing tool.
Three or more years of experience in Outbound IVR Testing.
Three or more years of experience in CTI integration for Agent Based Dialing.
Knowledge in Testing methodologies - Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Even better if you have:
A degree.
Experience with Digital Integrations & Bot frameworks.
Experience with a high-performance, high-availability environment.
Ability to use professional concepts, company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical way.
Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
