• Enterprise Vendor Management Team is focused on building the business and running the business by providing the vendors a world class on-boarding experience and supporting them throughout their partnership by managing their information, contracts, policies, general queries and enabling them with their sales and inventory data.
• Responsible for synchronizing and coordinating with internal and external business teams to fully onboard and maintain products at Lowe’s.
• Manages communication between Suppliers, Merchants and various business teams as it pertains to product information and item lifecycle maintenance.
• Serves as a subject matter expert to support initiatives in growth of the online business, inclusive of process improvement and automation efforts.
• Research industry best practices regarding item/item life cycle in order to mitigate risks or eradicate issues

• Responsible for troubleshooting all Supplier issues with respect to item set up process and system issues.
• Consultant for various process queries
• Partners with cross-functional teams in stabilizing and streamlining the process and maintaining the documents like SOP, process updates and help the team/team members in maintaining trackers.
Years of Experience:
2+ years of prior experience within Retail/e-commerce industry & reporting domain
