The work you’ll be doing will support multiple business critical applications within the provisioning domains. You and your team will provide applications support and deliver reliable and efficient systems-related solutions. The projects you manage will improve the applications used by your colleagues every day to meet the needs of our customers.Adjusting projects to adapt to changing requirements and involving IT resources from other areas.

Perform project management activities such as planning, sizing, configuration and scheduling activities.
Interact with onshore peers to discuss existing programs and upcoming programs based on capacity.
Develop people, mold the team and ensure team-members are utilized to best of their potential and capacity and keep them aligned towards organizational goals.
Lead by example with taking accountability and ownership of any deliverables & ready to take new challenges and risks to lead team towards strong results.

Six or more years of relevant experience.
Experience with JAVA, SQL, XML, C++.
Even better if you have:Master’s degree in Computer Science.
Experience managing global resources.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) license.
Experience leading a technical team
Experience in leading development and application support project using Java, Spring, Microservices, Oracle.
Hands-on exposure of handling production incidents and change requests.
Exposure to React JS would be an advantage.
Should be Result-oriented, need to have strategic thinking and vision to set right goals for the team, understand business priorities, industry-trends, and technology savvy to define, and implement best practices within the organization.
Good presentation & communication skills to interact with executive-layer of management and also have ability to clearly communicate to the team - priorities, their performance-management, objectives-setting, conflict-management, resource-utilization, people-development etc
