Job Description

You will be working as Manager - Inside Sales O2C and will be part of Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Project Manager and will be responsible for leading the inside sales team to convert opportunities in spare parts and services requirements of customers, to profitable and steadily growing business portfolio, in line with company guidelines and to achieve customer loyalty.

Your responsibilities

• Creating, planning and implementing service sales strategy by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database

• Achieving service sales volume by ensuring the team sells the assigned inside portfolio across business lines

• Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure inside sales volume across business lines

• Ensuring setting, periodic-reviewing and achievement of inside sales targets by providing cost effective proposals to the customers a

• Ensuring customer satisfaction issues are registered timely and resolved by the team

• Responsible for feedback on sales development, distribution of resources for inside sales activities

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical or electronics engineering

• Require more than 15 years of experience in the relevant field

• Good knowledge on team management (5+ people), sales and execution, sales proposal review, revenue planning, OFC planning, customer management and stakeholder management

• Good exposure in automation, drives, electrics

• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines

• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills See Less
