This is the MyBuy IT OPS Service coordinator role. The role is accountable for coordinating development, change
management, incident management, service management and problem management between Ariba (SAP),

Critical Skills and Experiences
• 1-2 years of Support Service Delivery Coordination experience
• 1-2 years of Third party delivery experience
• 1-2 years of Project management and service management transitioning experience
• Verbal Communication (Level 6 Advanced)
• Written Communication (Level 6 Advanced)
o Systems support (Level 6 Capable)
o Knowledge of SAP, in particular, SAP MM.
o At least 2 years of experience in Production support
o At least1 year of Service coordinator experience.
o At least 2 years of development life cycle experienceo Metrics reporting
Requirements/Business Analyses: (Level 6 Capable)
o Testing (Level 6 Capable)
o Facilitation (Level 6 Capable)
o Controls management (Level 2 Foundational)
o Relationship management and service (Level 2 Foundational)
