What can you expect?

Responsibilities:

· Implement and measure employee communications programs, content and/or vehicles (e.g., internal websites) to promote employee understanding and engagement.

· Implement and measure field and/or channel communications programs, content and/or vehicles (e.g., sales portals, field newsletters) to promote sales success.

· Manage and juggle many unrelated projects under tight deadlines.

· Manage assignments to agencies or contractors as needed.

· Track, measure and report business group or country measurements of success such as web traffic, readership measures, pulse surveys, etc.

· Manage program budgets as assigned.

You would be the right if you have:

Knowledge and skills:

· Writing and editing skills - requires some peer or manager review.

· Strong listening skills.

· Prioritization, project management and time management skills.

· Ability to translate technical, complex and varied information into audience-resonating communications.

· Attention to detail, but also able to grasp the big picture across business groups, segments and geographies.
