Job Description

You will be working as EL Product Marketing Specialist and will be part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role you will be reporting to EL Product Marketing Manager and will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Implementing marketing activities and supporting sales organization in driving sales and services for their respective products.

Your responsibilities

• Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly, defining and implementing improvement plans as needed

• Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division or product groups

• Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market

• Coordinating market analyses with the sales team and defining appropriate forecasts and plans related to product marketing

• Overseeing the sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to the sales teams

• Driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training (both technical and sales) to each salesperson

Your background

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in pre sales

• Product knowledge of medium voltage Switchgear

• Knowledge of tendering, bidding, proposal and estimation
