You will be working as Software Architect and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Automation Digital division based in Mumbai, India. In this role you will be reporting to Digital Product Director & Enterprise Architect and will be responsible for bringing strategic focus on software development with expertise on architecture and designing, serving as a technology expert with strategic focus of both functional and more on non-functional requirements to defining and delivering the architecture of software platforms, applications and solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for architect and designing robust, scalable and securing end-to-end AI or ML model platform and its life cycle management framework

• Designing and implementing machine learning and artificial intelligence pipelines, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training and deployment, using various frameworks, tools and platforms

• Managing the business needs and objectives and translating them into machine learning and artificial intelligence using cases and solutions

• Supporting data scientists in assessing and enhancing the performance, precision and dependability of machine learning, artificial intelligence models and algorithms

• Communicating complex technical concepts and result to various stakeholders, such as business users, data scientists, developers and operations teams

• Collaborating with various data stakeholders, such as control and automation professionals, process and manufacturing operations, product designers, quality assurance, maintenance, data scientists and business analysts, to enable data-driven decision making and innovation

• Responsible for research and adopting new and emerging technologies and methodologies in the machine learning and artificial intelligence domain

Your background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field

• Minimum 15 years of experience in related filed. Experience in working with various machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworks, tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, ONNX-ML Tools, Azure ML, etc

• Experience with using ONNX Runtime to run inference on ONNX models with different execution providers, such as CPU, GPU, TensorRT, and OpenVINO

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, and data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Spark, ML notebooks etc

• Experience in designing and building interface or end points for machine learning and artificial intelligence pipelines to be used by platform components and applications

• Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the industrial DataOps and industry 4.0 domains, such as data standardization, contextualization and fusion, machine learning, artificial intelligence, edge computing, cloud computing, etc. Knowledge of DevOps (MLOps) practices for deploying and maintaining AI or ML solutions

• Familiar with various architectural tools and technologies, such as Azure, Kubernetes, Message brokers, Docker, etc. and able to use them to deploy and manage the AI or ML platform See Less
