Job Profile Overview:
  • Strong experience in Delivery of Custom Software Development (CSD) for Enterprise Applications using Java, .Net & related technologies
  • Good understanding of new world CSD – Cloud, Mobile, Agile, Dev Ops etc
  • Strong credentials in establishing productivity & quality frameworks for CSD
  • Strong leadership skills for building and managing high performance teams
  • Excellent client handling skills / Building relationships Good market knowledge and a strong personal network with technology partners
  • Preference for candidates for good network with customers/clients

The Role:
  • Delivery Head role to manage mulitiple large Accounts. Responsible for delivery of multiple projects & penetrate into new/existing accounts with additional services and offerings.
  • Responsible for industrialization of CSD delivery - Define, Establish and Enhance productivity standards, delivery frameworks in Agile Software Development, Test and Deployment environment
  • Developing ideas for new services and offerings that can be offered and working with the onshore teams to develop these services and offerings.
  • Should have a strong AD/AMS background & ability to get involved in a large deal and win it
  • Focus on innovation - developing ideas for new services and offerings that can be offered and, working with the onshore teams, to develop these services and offerings
  • Accountability of all aspects of a delivery, initiatives and improvement plans.
  • Responsible for Overall delivery profitability and productivity by ensuring deployment of core delivery processes recommended by the Group, Delivery risk management, Quality system and Monthly reporting & reviews, OTACE/Client Satisfaction.
  • Should own responsibility for managing large multi tower complex accounts
  • Participate in pre-sales from deal qualification through to solution reviews, challenging the offshore component and approving the solution for key deals
  • Drive industrialization possibilities that can lead to offshore, across the existing delivery portfolio
  • Should posses excellent capability to drive sales, revenues and margin growth
  • Should posses strong understanding of a profit center unit / P&L
  • Drive innovation and transformational agenda internally and within client organizations Key Skills and Competency:
  • 18+ years of experience in Delivery/ Business Development/ Operations Management with leading IT services company Excellent client handling skills
  • Experience in Delivery with leading IT services company with client handling skills
  • Experience working with European clients is a very strong preference
  • Must be a good communicator/ Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to challenge as well as collaborate with colleagues in an international environment
  • Ability to evolve quickly to higher leadership positions
  • Demonstrated track record of building and growing verticals.
  • Experience in a global organization with complexity of technology and services.
