Job Description
- Assist with research, planning & implementation of strategic corporate initiatives related to D&I
- Support daily management of 4 functional Business Resource Groups PRIDE, ABLE, Generations & Women Empowered. Attend team meetings, develop agendas, and action items as requested
- Plan & organize cyclical D&I activities like Women’s History Month, PRIDE Month, Survey Submissions
- Support Implementation in ongoing projects in D&I- BRG initiatives, launch of new initiative, policies, procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Full time Graduation / Post -graduation qualification
- Passing out from premium PG Institute is preferred (full time)
- 2+ years of experience in HR talent sourcing/ talent management/ payroll / benefits & compliance/ associate relation/communications and various HR operations
