Anaplan support analyst
*Anaplan – new technology platform to model business process (budgeting, spending analysis, planning
and etc). Combines advantages of Excel and Access. Based on cloud and in-memory computing.
Anaplan support analyst is mainly focused on supporting Anaplan applications users, working on
requests for Anaplan models access granting/change/revocation as well as keeping up-to-date license
usage. Having achieved good level of Anaplan knowledge an employee will proceed with supporting
Anaplan applications through modelling, working on incidents and change requests for Anaplan models,
analysis of new business processes/requirements and inefficiency in existing ones as well as alignment
with Global process owners and Global Governance teams.
This position will cover Anaplan applications for Sales/Marketing/ Finance/ Supply business areas
including cross-functional business processes like Game Planning, Customer profitability, Revenue
management, Overheads planning and etc

This position will cover Anaplan applications for Sales/Marketing/ Finance/ Supply business areas
including cross-functional business processes like Game Planning, Customer profitability, Revenue
management, Overheads planning and etc
Anaplan support analyst work as a part of Global Anaplan Center of Excellence; It covers more than 20
models and more than 2500 users, 65 markets.

Job description:
Access related:
1) Manage the incoming application related requests (Access request: provide/amend/revoke access, how-to question) as L2 support.
2) Communicate with end users and/or SMEs in case of more detail need for a request;
3) User rights maintenance;
4) Control non-active (more than 90 days) accounts, inform about access revocation and removal accounts processing;
5) Update JML Anaplan model on the weekly basis (up-to-date licenses usage)
6) Change/adopt JML Anaplan model (require modelling skills) due to new models launch/old models revocation
7) Audit Anaplan accounts movement for Diageo joiners, movers and leavers and keep evidences for each change on the monthly basis;
8) Control Anaplan Active Directory groups relevance and reconciliation
9) Lead changes in ServiceNow in accordance with new models launch/old models revocation
10) Keep up-to-date ServiceNow SME approvers/resolvers group required for correct JML process and incidents/CR management
11) Prepare Anaplan accounts reporting per specific requests and temporary tasks;
12) Support Service Delivery Manager with preparation of Markets Service review meetings (analysis of all issues/tickets on a monthly basis)
13) Understanding business processes in Anaplan including but not limited to model architecture, master data management and workflow (extended training will be provided, however solid skills of Excel and preferable Access are required to ensure fast learning)
14) Creation and updating of instructions for business users of Service Now system usage. On top of the above basic support related (simple incidents/CRs/problem resolutions):
15) Manage the incoming application related requests (Access request, Incident, Change request, problem request, how-to question) as L2 support once Anaplan skills are at appropriate level
16) In case of Incident look for the root cause, prepare memo, escalate.
17) Translate business requirements to technical language and model/programming them in Anaplan applications (main task of the position) Modelling in Anaplan is similar to programming in VBA/Access, but in Anaplan language, using formula, pivot tables, big massive of data, building reports, workflow, uploading/extract functionality and etc.
18) Communicate with end users in case of more detail need for a request / incident / change;
19) Alignment of the model changes with Global process owners and Global Governance teams
20) Creation of User Acceptance Test plan for own developments;
21) Creation of documentation and instructions for business users of business model logic;
22) Enhancements of the model based on the feedback and warranty period, bugs fixing and maintenance.
Skills required:
1) High education in IT, mathematics or economics;
2) Fluent level of English;
3) Expert level of Excel knowledge or SQL
4) At least 1 year experience in business application support;
5) Analytical mind;
6) Driving behavior;
7) Think-out-of the box mind, ability to propose new/not-standard solutions;
8) Good communication and negotiation skills
9) Fast-learner;
10) Ability to work in constantly changing environment within tough timelines.
