We are looking for an office administrator and HR. They will undertake administrative tasks ensuring the founders have adequate support to work efficiently and would be involved in onboarding freelancers based on the applications received. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage emails on official email id
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Manage freelancer onboarding and payments
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides, etc under the supervision of the founders

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Rs. 8000 per month (non-negotiable as of now)
- Freshers can apply, but some experience can be advantageous for you
