Codesign Labs is a virtual design ops company that enables businesses to fulfill their ambitious marketing and branding goals. Founded in 2016, the company was started with a mission to make quality content & design services affordable. We’re a progressive lean team that’s working towards making this a reality for businesses with ambitious branding and marketing goals. Technology is at the center of everything we do - communication, operations, and connection.
Over the years, we launched two 2 other sub-brands called Power Deck & ONFLIT.

Culture
Apart from the freelance pool, we are a lean team of 5 people which comprises of two founders, two rockstar interns and a tech ninja at the core who are running the entire show. We believe in transparency and open communication and often celebrate achievements through our never-ending pizza parties.
To ensure the personal growth of the people, we focus a lot on learning and development of people working with us (cost is obviously borne by the company).We offer flexibility to work from home on days when people don't feel like coming to office or have some personal engagements (this should not hamper the work that needs to be delivered as per their KRA's)
