Why This Role
This is Contract role. This role is based in Bangalore, India.5 days in office. Provide support to the Executive admin and different groups in India to ensure a smooth-running efficient office environment
What You Will Do
Raise PR, PO requests and invoice management.
Work with vendors for employee and visitor car bookings, transportation needs.
Work with vendors for events and leader visits – coordinate gift management, food ordering, Townhall setup and management.
Submit claims for team events, office gatherings etc.
Manage and document service requests coming in and SLA adherence/ reporting.
Maintain and manage stock of office supplies (cartridges, paper etc.) and GF branded gifts.
Help on daily admin tasks – coordinating with facilities, courier management etc
Travel Arrangement: Arrange business travel. Plan detailed itinerary, logistics and accommodation, transport.
Sort incoming emails and arrange by order of priority.
Preparation of Monthly Report: Responsible for setting reasonable deadlines for report submission. Consolidate individual managers’ reports into one report, edit, format, proofread the report before final vetting by Staff Manager.

What You Will Need
Qualification BSc/BBA/BBM/MBA/Diploma
Experience in office administration or relevant field.
Computer literacy in MS Office Applications.
Good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with all levels of staff.
Proactive in handling duties and discreet in handling company confidential documents.
Good to have: Experience working with vendors/ vendor management.
4 to 6 years of working experience.
Good command of spoken & written English
Must be committed to work and produce high quality output at all times.
Must be discreet in handling company confidential documents.
