JobsForHer Foundation, is a Charitable Trust, whose main objectives are women empowerment 

• To help women manifest their hidden potential and 
• To boost their self-confidence through education, skill development and 
• To connect them to various opportunities provided by the companies on the JobsForHer platform.
   

Apart from the above, the other charitable objectives of the Trust are: 

• Education 
• Medical Relief 
• Protection of Environment
• Promotion of Arts and Sports, and other charitable activities to help women

The trust has conducted various campaign programs in urban and rural areas for women and girls. The trust also provides scholarships for women in technology under the HerTech Academy.
