iMoneyPlant is collaborative effort of Financial Advisors & Financial Educators led by PoAncho Solutions.
PoAncho Solutions (short for POsitive ANCHOrs) is a venture started by professionals who have been in the Financial Services space for two decades each who are ardent followers of Behavioral Economics and Pedagogy. The focus of the organization is to create financial freedom in individuals which would give them the platform to lead a life of peace. After all, the last reason why anyone should take up a career is for the sake of money!
This is the fundamental belief with which PoAncho Solutions was formed. Armed with knowledge about Financial Planning, Teaching Methodologies and Technology to support the endeavour, PoAncho Solutions strives to create financial freedom which is the fundamental goal of every working individual.
iMoneyPlant is a brand under which multiple activities are performed which have the same goal. A financially literate India!
To this effect, under iMoneyPlant, a game has been developed which helps people understand how to manage money by playing the game. The game is a simulation of human life from first salary to life post retirement. Furthermore, iMoneyPlant Financial Wellness Workshops are conducted across the country through the network of trainers. iMoneyPlant Financial Wellness Workshops have been conducted in over 300+ Indian corporates as part of their employee engagement activities. By reaching out to the salaried employees which is India’s most underserved population with respect to Financial Prudence, we hope to create a financially literate generation which understands the importance of each product category, their functioning and their use in their own lives.
To achieve this, the trainer network is on a need basis and is well trained to take on the challenge of facing salaried employees. And to bring the other side forward, iMoneyPlant has engaged with a charged pride of returning women who drive the sales of the Financial Wellness Workshops amongst corporates.
The highly energetic team of women have taken the mantle of reaching out to HR and L&D Heads of corporates across the country and convince them on the importance of such a workshop and coordinate the scheduling of these workshops.
With over 70 workshops conducted in a month, the mission of a Financially Literate India is not far away!
