About Us

As a learning and development professional, I have extensive experience in conducting experiential learning programs, executive coaching and competency based assessment centres. Bharti Airtel, Toluna, Tata Motors, Indus Towers, Tata Tele Services, PepsiCo, Godrej Properties, Exl are some of the clients I have worked with.
At Canon India, ( Jan 2015-April-2016) I was heading the people development team . I worked closely with them to ensure the design, deliver and measure effectiveness of training programs.
My work leverages an inter disciplinary approach from sales, business , project management, counselling, coaching and leadership development. I have been fortunate to have varied experience of working with mid- senior corporate executives, school teachers and development officers in NGOs. 
My leadership program designs are informed by a balance of Eastern wisdom tradition practices such as mindfulness, positive affirmation, spiritual texts with that of western psychological frameworks such as Ontology, Appreciative Inquiry. My familiarity of psychometric tools such as Firo B, Hogan, Influence Style Indicator and 360-degree feedback reports facilitate meaningful coaching conversations.

WORK BACKGROUND: 
I have 23 years of cross functional work experience in the areas of coaching, instructional design, group facilitation, sales, marketing and account management in the media, engineering, training and consultancy sectors. I have worked with large, medium and start-up organizations such as Times of India, Schindler, iDiscoveri, Mahindra Special Services Group, the Prerna Centre of Learning and Canon India.

PERSONAL MISSION : 
“I want to be all used up when I die.” This quote by George B. Shaw is what defines my life. While I try to apply this principle in my life, I am also driven to facilitate this for others.
