Grow with Satori

Grow with Satori is an expert in designing learning journeys that are thoughtfully and deliberately constructed to accommodate a variety of learning modalities and preferences.

Each offering weaves a blend of interventions into a well thought out journey and may include:

• Instructor-led sessions (both Virtual and In-person training)
• Coaching (one on one, group, and team coaching)
• Self-study (articles or videos)
• Project work (individual projects or action learning projects in teams)
• Quizzes, games, research, journaling, activities (involving psychodrama and art), and
• Community or social activities that lead to phenomenal learning.

We also support learning through various assessments, such as the Harrison Assessment, Belbin Team Roles, Gallup Strengths Finder, DiSC, and Interaction Styles Assessment. We are prepared to employ these reports for skill development when necessary. They each provide a comprehensive understanding of oneself and can support a number of learning interventions.

The various modalities and interventions available make it possible for learners with any learning style to cope with and stay abreast of the curriculum. Such learning journeys are empowering for the learner and boost confidence.
