A Career Design specialist with expertise developed from her real experience of working for 16 years in India, UK and S.E Asia in global ( fortune 400 ) organisations while working closely with Technical Directors from multiple Business Lines in making Leadership level presentations, profile building for leaders and designing Infographics powerpoint decks for pitching HNI clients.Winner of Herrising Award for Education 2020 -Jobsforher!

She uses her expertise and helps professionals in profile building,resume making-review & optimization. Her specialty is making the DATA in the resume be delivered as a story during the interview process.In 2019 she had 5 of her students clear CHRO,CFO.GM level interviews in Delhi NCR. She guides and mentors students and young professionals from Architectures, Design, Law, Finance, Human Resource to crack their interviews. In past 4 years she has trained close to 10,000 professionals in communication , business presentation , portfolio making , career enhancement , personality development, body language and interview skills.

She is a techie and an International Expert for a decade, in 2016 her transition from designing Smart Cities to designing Smart citizens was a natural one;realized through her education based organization Dezinecareers.
Her experience in designing Smart Cities and preparing presentations for the Prime Minister’s Office translates into offering short, plug-in modules to help professionals deliver better and smarter.
