With a B.Tech in Information Technology and a Master's in Technology, I began my career as a S ... oftware Engineer at Infosys, where I quickly established myself as a competent and dedicated team member.

Life took me on a different path when I had to relocate for my husband's work, but I turned this break into an opportunity for personal and professional growth. During this period, I pursued my higher studies, enhancing my skills and knowledge.
In 2013, I rejoined the workforce as a Software Engineer Intern at Intel Technologies, which further honed my technical expertise. However, my passion for teaching led me to embrace a new challenge as an Assistant Professor at CMRIT.

Balancing the responsibilities of a working mother, I took a break to care for my son, but my determination to progress professionally never waned. In 2019, I returned to the corporate world as a Technical Trainer at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, where I willingly accepted a lower salary to pursue my passion for teaching.

My hard work and commitment paid off, as evidenced by my career growth. In 2021, I joined an AWS partner organization as a Technical Trainer and in 2022 joined AWS India in the Traininga nd Certification team as a Training Specialist, experiencing a remarkable 400% increase in salary from 2019.

Handling the demands of motherhood while excelling in my professional endeavors has taught me invaluable lessons and facilitated substantial personal growth.

As a nominee for the Women in Professionals Awards, I am grateful for the recognition of my journey and achievements. I aim to continue making a positive impact in the technology and education sectors, while also serving as an inspiration to other women pursuing their ambitions in both personal and professional spheres.
