Throughout the course of my more than 16 years of solid employment in the field of talent acquisition, I have had the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of people and have strengthened my recruiting skills for a variety of businesses, including financial services and product businesses. I am fully conversant with both the strategic and tactical facets of the talent pool.
In my current position at Cornerstone, I am in charge of Talent acquisition in India. Prior to joining Cornerstone, I worked as an AM in Talent Acquisition for Morgan Stanley in Mumbai for 5 years.
I've worked on critical projects such as senior management recruiting, recruitment drives, diversity and referral programs, and the development of social media hiring models. At the same time, as a supportive human resources representative, I managed stakeholders to successfully implement programs and maintain positive working relationships with employees.
I have experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused, global matrix organization. I am an expert in PeopleSoft, Cornerstone OnDemand, in-house ATS products, and Taleo.
