Two years ago I co-founded Aligne Consulting, a boutique consultancy that specializes in bespoke, one-of-a-kind training and diversity solutions. My areas of focus are Inclusive & Respectful Workplace...s, Women's Leadership Development and hassment-free workplaces. I design and deliver training, research & consulting solutions.

I was the lead consultant for boutique consultancies and specialized in training design and primary research in the areas of Leadership, Communication, Respectful Workplaces and D&I. I created intelle...ctual property and provided strategic inputs for training and research interventions, as well as handling key customer accounts. I was fortunate to be a part of critical initiatives at a time that corporate India was waking up to gender diversity & inclusive cultures, and I was instrumental in designing & delivering pioneering Women's Leadership Development programs for Fortune 500 companies - a harbinger of the current zeitgeist.

I launched my independent career as a Learning & Development Consultant, specializing in designing & delivering high-impact trainings in Communication, Leadership, Sales & Personality Growth Labs. The... transition from a structured corporate environment to the heady & stressful world of a freelancer was a key milestone, and a phase of tremendous personal and professional growth. I learned how to maximize my strengths and to work within, and often, despite limitations.
