Standard turnaround time for text resumes would be 3 working days (excluding Sunday, Holidays and Special volume days) and would be communicated to the client
- We offer unlimited revisions to the clients for 60 days from the date of submission of the first draft. Post 60 days, changes on the resume would be charged, and the charges would vary on the degree of the expected changes. As a policy (though this has rarely happened)
- We offer a complete refund if the client is not happy with our offering for which a request has to be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the first draft. Post 15 days refund request would not be entertained
