Procedure as Follows:

• After the payment is done the client have to share their existing resume to our email id inquiries2@makemyresume.co.in and then we will send a         questionnaire (Profile Enhancer / CV Builder) which the client needs to fill and share it with us.
• The Profile Enhancer (PE) / (Questionnaire) will be sent to the registered email id within 1 working day.
•  The clients can choose any one from existing list of formats which will be shared via email or WhatsApp. MMR won’t be designing any new format     or custom it as they are all ATS tested formats and changing the format might affect the ATS compatibility.
• The first draft will be delivered within 8 working days from the day the Profile Enhancer/questionnaire is
  filled and submitted.
• A call will be scheduled between the client and the assigned writer within these 8 working days for taking additional inputs/ suggestions /   recommendations from the client. Note that this call will not be for data collection. Any content related to resume should be given via the client's old     resume or the Profile Enhancer/questionnaire.
• On the first draft MMR will accept two iteration request within a period of 2 months. 
•  The iteration request strictly needs to be sent via an email replying to the same mail trail. The iteration
  request needs to be very clear on what changes are required at which portion of the content. The client can use the comment option of the MS word for making it even clear on the same resume MMR shared.
• If the client had registered for LinkedIn makeover, once the first draft of the resume is approved by the client then we send it to the LinkedIn team     for  the LinkedIn Content and the same will be delivered within 7 working days.
• The cover letter will also be delivered within 2 working days after the resume is completed and approved.
