Vinita Upadhyay

Vinita Upadhyay is a human resource professional more than 9 years of experience in conceiving, designing & executing distinctive, high-impact HR strategic programs in the area of organization development, culture, talent management, leadership development and learning.

She is currently part of Talent & OD vertical in Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages and leads “Cadre Building and Change”. As part of her role, she designs and executes total talent management framework for all early career programs of HCCB, leading critical changes, employer branding, coaching and mentoring young talent to build a strong career in the organization.

She started her career with Tata Group’s flagship program in human resources “Tata HRDP 2008” where she did leadership roles in both business and corporate HR domains. She has been part of Global OD & Learning COE in Honeywell and in her last role was leading OD & Learning for Lava International.

She did her masters in business administration from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar (XIMB) in 2008.
