PROFILE

I am a freelance Business English, Inter-Cultural Fluency trainer, teacher trainer, content creator, writer, soft skills and Life skills trainer.
In my role as a trainer and content creator, areas that she has provided training on include, but aren’t limited to- Approach to ELT, Inter-Cultural Fluency, creative writing, International English, professional skills workshops; corporate communication skills, negotiation skills, Business writing (emails, reports, proposals), presentation skills, telephoning skills, meetings management and Train the Trainer Courses. 
I successfully completed my Inter-Cultural Fluency Trainer accreditation (British Council), CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages (Cambridge University). Discover Contemporary English, NILE Online, UK, Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching of English, English and Foreign Languages’ University, Hyderabad and E-Moderator Course Module 1, 2, British Council. I am also a Bachelor of Education from Central Institute of Education, Delhi University, and holds a master’s degree in literature, from Delhi University.
I am an avid writer and contribute to leading national dailies and online portals.

I ideate, plan, create Business English Modules and deliver them in a communicative manner.
In my previously held  role as a British Council trainer, areas that I provided training on included, but weren't limited to, four language skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing), International English, calibration exercise, creative writing, corporate communication skills, negotiation skills, Business writing (emails and reports), presentation skills, telephoning skills, meeting management, intercultural communication, and Train the Trainer Courses.
